•  Each product line has its own minimum order requirement. Prices are listed for designers and wholesale stocking dealers, with a different minimum for each. In order to qualify for the wholesale pricing , customers must also have a storefront or stocking warehouse.

•  Initial orders must be paid in full before delivery. Cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) are accepted. We do not ship COD.

•  With approved credit, Net 30 terms may be offered, at the discretion of Designer Imports. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to any balance not paid within 30 days. Habitually late payment will result in suspension of terms.

•  Special orders for items not carried in stock have 16-20 week delivery time and require a 50% deposit before the order will be placed with the factory.

•  Returned items and special order items not taken are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

•  Customers will be notified when orders arrive. Orders not paid in full and delivered within 30 days of arrival will not be held without special advance arrangements. Items not paid in full but held after 30 days will be available for resale, with a 20% restocking fee incurred to the customer.

•  Shipping is FOB Dallas via freight line, FedEx or blanket-wrapped carrier, as appropriate. Customers will be notified by Designer Imports of shipping costs and approximate arrival date prior to shipping. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please inspect all items carefully before accepting delivery. Photograph and document any damage that may have occurred and notify Designer Imports immediately. All claims will require substantiation.

•  Items may also be picked up at our warehouse with 48 hr. notice. Customers must provide their own blanket wrapping and packing straps for pick up from the warehouse.

•  Container volume orders have additional policies. Please contact the Corporate Office if these are desired.
